ICEF2024 - Registration for Participants
ICEF2024 will be held as a hybrid event. You can participate either in-person or online.
In-person participants
Registration for in-person participation has been extended to : October 3, 2024 (Thursday) 12:00 (JST)
Registration is Closed
*If the venue is unfortunately full, we hope that you will participate online. We will send you the result by October 2 (Wednesday) if you registered before September 27 (Friday).
Those who registered after September 27 (Friday), an Admission Pass will be sent to you right before the event.
- If you live outside of Japan and wish to participate in-person, please understand that the ICEF Secretariat cannot provide any special assistance, including issuance of visa application materials.
- After the in-person registration deadline, it is only possible to apply for online participation.
Online participants
Registration deadline: October 10, 2024 (Thursday) (*By the end of the Closing Session)
Registration is Closed
- By October 3 (Thursday), the Secretariat (icef.cs@firstglobal.jp) will send information concerning the program on the day of the event to your registered email address.
*The same information will be sent by auto-reply email to persons applying on or after Oct. 3, after we receive your registration.
Notices and Instructions
- When applying, please choose whether you will participate in-person (at the venue) or online.
- This year’s venue is the Westin Tokyo.
- There is no charge for participation.
- Please note that the deadlines for in-person and online participation are different.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your application or if you do not receive an email regarding attendance or viewing from the secretariat, please contact the secretariat.
